Jutsus won't be accepted straight away, you'll need the training.
To do training, you go to your home village then go to the training grounds.
Here are the minimum amount of words you can do in your jutsu training ;
D-Rank : 100 words.
C-Rank : 175 words.
B-Rank : 300 words.
A-Rank : 500 words.
S-Rank : 750 words.
